- is seeking an Associate Product Manager – Compensation to join the People Product Technology team to be a part of high performing teams of Product Managers and drive the roadmap serving the transformation of HR capabilities.
- The Compensation product team will drive technology modernization and enable strategic transformation of the compensation and flexible pay practices and system capabilities, and employee self-service experiences within the People Technology solution ecosystem initially with a focus on the implementation of a Workday solution.
- This role will partner with key internal teams, engage in customer research, execute data driven prioritization to design, build, test, and launch initiatives related to Objective and Key Result measurements, supporting both customer needs and business objectives.
