- Create and maintain a Digital & IT program management structure and department operating model
- Lead resource planning and financial management for a department of 25 employees
- Create, maintain, and drive the continuous improvement of key Digital & IT processes and procedures
- Simplify and spearhead excellent communication and change management
- Collaborate with other department leaders to develop project charters and roadmaps
- Provide data and reports to management and business partners
- Planning and project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables for Digital & IT top priority projects
- Managing the Digital & IT backlog of projects requests and resources allocation
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop short- and long-term Digital & IT’s objectives
- Preparing project status reports for management review
- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Providing monthly financial overviews to the VP of Digital & IT
- Drafting new and improving IT policies and processes
- Managing and creating Digital & IT Key Performance Indicators
- Lead Digital & IT initiatives to continuously reduce waste and drive Operational Excellence
- Managing IT Intranet department page
- Creating and guiding communication for end users and leading change management
- Acting as the primary liaison and point of contact for the Digital & IT vendors and external partners
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing and organizing IT projects
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to actively listen, communicate in ways that foster trust, and show flexibility
- Have team spirit and the ability to provide recognition and rewards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
