Job Details

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

  • An Associate's Degree with 4+ years IT experience is preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
  • Superior problem solving skills.
  • Strong general computer skills, including the ability to type at 45 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong skills in networking, servers, security, VOIP, and/or cloud services, either at a broad level, or specialized in a particular area.
  • General familiarity with a broad spectrum of IT product and services including VLANs, routing, firewalls, Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, VMware, SANs, and Wi-Fi.
  • Superior communication, organization, customer service, and follow-through skills are essential.
Professional IT certifications such as:

  • CISSP
  • MCSA/MCSE
  • Microsoft 365 & Azure
  • CCNA/CCNP
  • Network+
  • Security+
Project management certifications such as:

  • Project Management Processional
