IT Service Desk and A/V Technical Support

SummaryOur Golden Valley client is seeking an IT service Desk and AV Technical Support Specialist. This onsite role will include providing walk-up support for desktops, laptops, and all related hardware/peripherals.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day Audio/Visual requests, ensuring adequate coverage for daily customer needs.
  • Maintain a master inventory list of Microsoft Teams conference systems, conference rooms, and other collaboration tools.
  • Provide Audio/Visual conference room mitigation and support.
  • Deliver onsite inventory management in coordination with the Central Hardware Team.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years working experience providing help desk support.
  • Experience setting-up of Audio/Video equipment for meetings, both onsite and off-site programs.
  • Fundamental understanding of Windows 10/Mac operating systems.
  • Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
