Journeyworker Electrician (Residential)

Primary Electric Incorporated is seeking a skilled Journeyworker Electrician to join our growing team specializing in residential remodel and smaller electrical projects.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced electrician who takes pride in quality workmanship and has a passion for residential electrical systems. This role focuses on remodeling projects, service calls, and smaller residential installations where attention to detail and customer service are paramount.

Requirements

Current Minnesota Journeyworker Electrician License (required)

Proven experience in residential electrical work

Expertise in remodel and renovation projects

Knowledge of current NEC and Minnesota electrical codes

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years residential electrical experience

Experience with panel upgrades, service changes, and electrical troubleshooting

Familiarity with smart home technologies and modern electrical systems
