Compensation: Hourly pay starting at $20/hr (based on experience) + End-of-Year Bonus (if milestones are hit)

We’re Hiring: Landscape Team Members

We’re a local and growing landscape business looking for pro-active, motivated, and reliable crew members to join our team. This person will work directly alongside the foreman.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepping tools, materials, and equipment each morning for the jobsite, assisting with landscaping and hardscaping projects, picking up material, maintaining a clean and organized worksite throughout the day, supporting crew leads with daily project needs, loading/unloading equipment and helping to wrap up projects, snow removal including plowing, shoveling, salting, and operating equipment in snow. This may expand in your time with us.

- Self-starters who take initiative

- People who show up on time and work hard - we get after it

- Able to work outside in all types of weather

- Good attitude and strong attention to detail

- Experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person
