Laser Operator

Description:Candidate will be working with an Amada Laser. They are not tube lasers or turrets and they use self-loading sheets with a hoist. They are 2 Axis machines with a Fanuc Controller. The parts will be programmed and they nest the parts to utilize the sheet. Candidate must know how to read blueprints but most of their work is off of flats. Candidates will be using micrometers, calipers and pin gauges. They mainly will be working with stainless steel, aluminum, and cold rolled steel. PartCandidates must be able to set-up and operate the machines, detect faulty operations and fix accordingly, perform accurate part/material counts, utilize inspection equipment and perform all duties as directed by the supervisor.Skills:Laser, Amada, sheet metal, Fanuc, micrometer, caliper, ISOTop Skills Details:Laser, Amada, sheet metal, Fanuc, micrometer, caliper, ISOAdditional Skills & Qualifications:-1+ year of experience on an Amada Laser.
