Lead Bartender/Server

Responsibilities may include easy scheduling of bar and support staff of 10-13 people; day to day monitoring and adjusting front of house checklists for prep, stocking, cleaning and maintenance; ongoing training for service, policies, menu knowledge and cocktail service.

This is a 35-40 hour a week hourly and tipped position that will typically work 4 floor shifts a week and a 3-5 hour off floor shift. Some shifts will be closing shifts that finish at 2:30-3:00 am. Flexible availability is needed with Saturday and Sunday availability required.
