The Production Supervisor and Production Team Leader will establish daily goals to ensure timely and quality processing of orders that meet customer requirements.
Set up, adjust, and operate laser machines in accordance with precise work order specifications and quality standards.
Perform and document quality control checks as outlined in the work order.
Complete work instructions promptly and meet production efficiency goals.
Maintain communication with the Production Team Leader and/or Production Supervisor to ensure adherence to the production schedule.
Submit completed work orders with the necessary documentation to the Production Supervisor.
Work independently with minimal supervision to fulfill all responsibilities.
Continuously seek to improve personal and team production performance.
Assist in packaging and shipping completed jobs as needed.
Support other production areas and secondary operations as required.
Comply with the company's SQF certification, quality, and safety standards.
Be available for periodic overtime to ensure on-time delivery.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 10 hours at one time
working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
