Duties & Responsibilities:Manage the planning, scheduling, MRO, and CBM personnel for the siteDrive and conduct Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis across the plantDevelop and implement maintenance and reliability strategies within Veolia's corporate Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Define, track, and report on plant reliability KPIs: Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Planned Maintenance Percentage (PMP)Monitor and track key equipment reliability strategies, such as condition monitoring, equipment mapping, non-destructive testing (NDT), and visual inspections.Lead the implementation of predictive technologies, including vibration analysis, ultrasonic analysis, thermography, PdMA, oil analysis, corrosion detection, and dissolved gas analysisPerform & document equipment criticality analysis in support of an effective critical spares strategyLead technical incident investigations through Root Cause Analysis (Cause Mapping/Fault Free Diagram/5Whys/Cost Benefit Analysis) and implementation of recommended solutionsAnalyze data to identify reliability trends, forecast risks, and drive improvements in equipment uptime, cost,  and safetySupport in establishing maintenance job plans including shutdowns/outagesApply technical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment/production issues across multiple production lines, working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, maintenance, etc. Develop, write, and review new process documentationChampion and lead the plant's shift toward digitization, owning the implementation of digital reliability tools and technologiesLead capital projects aimed at enhancing reliabilityDevelop and implement a lubrication program effectiveness and the hydraulics improvement planSupport in developing the Asset Register and HierarchiesAbility and willingness to wear personal protective equipment, for example, safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and safety shoes, as required The job description is not designed to capture all the employee’s responsibilities but is intended to capture essential functions of the role.
