Lead Semiconductor Maintenance Technician II:Be part of a team that develops cutting-edge technologies in the field of microfabrication for Honeywell Aerospace's Advanced Technology division. You will participate in equipment maintenance, repair, and installation of semiconductor tools in a clean room environment. This will enable a team of researchers to support new products, and processes, with a direct impact on business results. In this role, you will conduct repair and maintenance on various semiconductor tools, support requests from Health, Safety and Environment, and work with contractors and engineers on facility upgrades, and equipment installation. Key Responsibilities: · Repair and maintenance on various semiconductor tools in a process lab clean room · Working with a team of engineers and technicians to troubleshoot various issues with equipment used for semiconductor processing in a demanding laboratory environment · Working with outside contractors and suppliers to procure and install new equipment U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE · 2 year degree/certification in relevant field (e.g. electronics, electro-mechanical, software, vacuum technologies…) · 5 + years industry experience in equipment maintenance in a laboratory setting WE VALUE: · Ability to operate, troubleshoot, maintain and repair equipment used for semiconductor fabrication. · Understanding of DC and RF electronic circuits and devices · Knowledge of software and control systems for a wide range of tools · Firm understanding of high vacuum and all the methods to achieve it. · Knowledge of the different types of chemicals and gases within a process lab.
