Description:The candidate will be helping the loan officer get the loan through the process and processed at the bank. They will take information of the customer ( Id Info, Loan Status, Proof of Resident ETC.) They will be working through a queue of loans of customers who have already spoken with the loan consultants. They will take loans from the queues and review all documents to ensure they are complete and correct. If they are not correct, they will follow up with the customer to get the needed information.Follow up with customers for loan information
