Join an essential company to serve and protect the buildings and facilities in your community. You'll be responsible for protecting client's assets from internal and external theft.Job Duties: When you join our team, you'll be:- Observing and monitoring customers and employees' behavior for potential theft situations
- Detaining observed shoplifters when elements of intent are met
- Working with law enforcement as needed in the apprehension and arrest of suspects
- Conducting routine inspections of the facility to maintain physical security and protection of assets
- You must be 18 years old
- For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English proficiently
- A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
- Excellent observation skills and awareness of surroundings
- Should be comfortable with the use of technology, CCTV, and computers
- Past security and loss prevention experience is preferred but not required.
