Luxury Customer Experience Associate

The Gym Attendant provides customer service through interaction with residents while ensuring the fitness facility remains clean and organized. Essential Duties: Knowledge of exercise equipment allowing for answering questions related to how to use equipment.Perform opening/closing procedures of the fitness facility. Ensure the fitness facility remains clean and organized; organize dumbbells, weight plates, and bars. Ensure pool areas are tidy, and furniture organized. Ensure locker rooms are kept tidy and orderly. Disinfect and clean equipment routinely throughout the shift.Inspect facility for required maintenance and create service requests as needed. Maintain a clean workspace. Enforce rules and regulations of facility while being customer service driven. Assist with organization of events, if any.Perform follow up with residents as necessary.  Willing to assist with additional customer service situations such as packages, deliveries, resident move-ins, move outs, etc.Anticipated schedule will be as follows:Sunday- 7:30am-4pmMonday- 7:30am-4pm Tuesday OFFWednesday OFFThursday 6am-3pmFriday 6am-3pmSaturday 6am-3pm
