Machinist or Precision Grinder

Dongo Tool, Inc. is looking for motivated people with precision machining or grinding experience.

This is a direct hire position

The ideal candidate should know how to read blue prints, and be familiar with inspection tooling. Looking for 5+ years of experience in machining or precision grinding holding tolerances of .001 or less. The ability to do your own setups is vital to the position. (This is not a hand grinder or deburring job)

We have opening in both our machining area as well as in our grinding area.

The personality of the desired candidate is someone who can work independently, is good at problem solving, and has good work ethic.

Required Qualifications:

Ability to set up and use various inspection equipment; caliper, gage blocks, micrometer, radius gage, bore gage etc.

Valid driver's license

Pass UA screen

Able to work with minimal supervision

Creative thinker to be able to solve challenging tooling, setup, and fixturing problems

Very keen ability to pay attention to detail
