Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician ensures our facility remains operational and in prime condition. This role involves checking equipment, executing routine and preventative maintenance, repairing, and replacing defective parts. The technician will also collaborate with service partners or vendors to maintain smooth operations. Key responsibilities include supporting plant operations, performing a variety of maintenance activities such as carpentry, painting, and plumbing, and interpreting blueprints and diagrams. Additionally, the role requires controlling equipment downtime, diagnosing machinery malfunctions, maintaining precise maintenance records, and playing a crucial role in the installation of new machinery or parts.Hard Skills
