Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Director/Manager Financial Reporting in the Amusement/Recreation Ser/Entertainment industry based in Chanhassen, Minnesota, United States. The successful candidate will lead the annual planning process, manage financials for several business units, create Board of Directors presentations, and support strategic finance projects. Responsibilities: Lead the annual planning process including setting business targets, creating timelines, and consolidation review Manage the financials for several business units Create Board of Directors presentations Assist in ad hoc analysis Facilitate the planning and forecasting processes Support other strategic finance projects Utilize Accounting Software Systems, CapEx, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, and Great Plains (GPAC) in daily operations Perform various Accounting Functions, Auditing, Balance Sheet Account, Budget Processes, Compliance, and Financial Modeling Prepare Monthly Quarterly reports. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting or related field. Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems. Experience with CapEx and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. Familiarity with ERP Solutions. Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC). Ability to handle all Accounting Functions. Experience in Auditing and Balance Sheet Account. Proficiency in Budget Processes and Compliance. Demonstrated ability in Financial Modeling. Experience in Monthly and Quarterly reporting. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team. Must have a strong ethical standard and integrity. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
