The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking marketing projects, communicating with partners on timelines, and ensuring they are completed on time. Support the OMP marketing team’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs across such areas as email, social media, or SEO/content marketing
Manage multiple OMP projects, which includes securing progress across different internal and external teams, ensuring deliverables are on time while proactively ensuring obstacles are mitigated, and project risks are minimized
Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of programs
Coordinate and manage incoming project requests with team workloads and the priority levels of other tasks in mind
Facilitate collaboration between team members to ensure that milestones and deadlines are met or renegotiated as necessary. Escalate and diffuse conflicts where appropriate
Continually evaluate and refine the project management role, project processes and workflow functions
Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with project management methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in using a modern software tool to assist in planning – Smartsheet, Jira, and/or Monday are preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across a broad cross-functional group and work under tight deadlines
You work well with a team, and lead confidently and calmly, even when unexpected challenges arise
Effective communicator and collaborative team player who excels at building relationships
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
3-5 years of successful small- and large-scale project management experience
