2 ND SHIFT QUALITY CONTROL/COLD SIDEHOURS OF WORK:

2 nd Shift – flexible as needed or required

Saturdays as needed or required

DUTIES:

Perform various quality control functions including but not limited to inspection and audits.

Inspect designated areas for cleanliness and sanitation to ensure efficient and effective daily operation.

Inspect various product to assure compliance with Company specifications

Complete necessary paperwork

Verify accuracy of scales, equipment, and labels

Observe hourly employees to ensure proper procedures & policies are being followed

Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED required

Dependable and enthusiastic

Leadership skills & self-motivation

Good people skills, ability to work well with others

Great communication skills, both oral and written

Good math skills

Ability to follow instructions

Physically capable of performing line work; heavy lifting.

Good attendance record

Bilingual preferred but not required
