Description We are in search of a dedicated Office Manager to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Workstation Support, Phone Presence, Video, HealthCare.gov, R Code, Offshore, and TRICARE. The role involves a range of responsibilities that will support our team in its day-to-day operations and interactions with clients. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the smooth operation of the office, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in good working order Coordinate with external vendors for necessary office supplies and equipment repairs Oversee scheduling, arranging meetings, and coordinating team activities Utilize skills in Workstation Support and Phone Presence to assist with IT issues and client communications Use TRICARE and HealthCare.gov knowledge to assist with healthcare related tasks and inquiries Handle video production and editing tasks as needed, utilizing knowledge in R Code Oversee and manage offshore operations, ensuring smooth communication and workflow Assist in other ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the team. Requirements Demonstrated experience in an office management or administrative role Proficient in providing workstation support and managing office equipment Excellent phone presence with the ability to handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally Experience with video conferencing tools and technologies Familiarity with HealthCare.gov and its functionalities Knowledge of R Code and its applications in data analysis Experience in managing offshore teams and coordinating tasks across different time zones Understanding of TRICARE health program would be advantageous Knowledge of Network Information System (NIS) for managing network resources Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions quickly Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
