Detailed JD:

  • Onsite Program Management

  • Customer Focus: Networking & relationship building skills

  • Good communication & presentation skills

  • Program Budget & Operation Management: Resource forecasting, Purchase Order requests, Contract Management, invoice submissions and tracking budget consumption

  • Capability to bring new projects/business; Business Development

  • Conflict Resolution, Risk Management

  • Upto date with latest Technology & Industry trends

  • Good understanding of product development process and experience of working with multiple departments like Engineering, Quality, Manufactring, procurement etc.

  • Good understanding of PLM tools like Windchill, Creo etc.

  • Capable to manage a team of 20+ onsite resources

  • Co-ordination with Offshore team/engineers for task management.

Qualification:

B.E. in any stream

(Mechanical/Electronics/ Electrical preferred)

MBA - Optional

Mandatory Skills:
  • Onsite Program Management

Secondary Skills: Stakeholder Management, Customer, Coordination, Operations, Business Development, Offroad, Power sports, Creo & Windchill (Good to have)
