Oracle HCM Cloud [Payroll] Functional

Solution IT Inc. is looking for a

• Responsible for troubleshooting, resolution of application issues and liaising with business partners to identify and document business requirements, research and analyze options, design and test technical solutions
• Work with end-users, other IT technical resources and/or Oracle HCM and Kronos/UKG Support to troubleshoot problems and resolve applications issues
• Investigate solutions for Change Requests and present functional and technical options. These solutions could include modifications to the set up and configuration of existing modules, enhancements to modules, and/or implementation of new Oracle modules
• Contribute to some configuration issues within areas of expertise

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Kronos/UKG preferred
• MUST be strong in Payroll
• Experience and basic understanding of ITIL methodologies
• Experience in analytical, project management, and client facing work

• Gathering requirements, Testing/Documentation –
• Oracle HCM Cloud
• UKG/Kronos work dimensions experience, configuration and reporting
• Cloud Release Management
• O365 productivity tools i.e. EXCEL
• Service Now – incident management, change management
• Microsoft Outlook Administration
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills
