Projects to work on primarily: Duplex and Raw Land Accounting, Medical building and Industrial Park Accounting.
Management of properties can be a second job for you if you are interested. Owner wants to scale back on work load.
Also we MAY be able to hold your Commercial Broker's License if you desire to grow into this additional lucrative area taking on additional clients for other commercial landlords as well as our spaces.
You will be taught tax strategies for Real Estate Success as part of your job.
Needed: Good Organization Skills. Ability to Type and basic math.
