In this position, you will work heavily within Excel and their various ERP systems to analyze inventory levels and manipulate data. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records in our database.
Coordinate and oversee regular inventory audits to ensure record accuracy.
Review daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inventory reports.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
Conduct analysis to forecast future inventory needs.
Evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Resolve any inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments such as sales, operations, and purchaser to ensure inventory needs are met.
Recommend solutions for process improvements and report inventory updates to management.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company's policies.
