Job Description
- Outstanding quality is a hallmark associated with Bosch brand worldwide.
- The Quality manager in its Plant is responsible for driving the organization driving quality.
- The overall responsibility is the execution of the Quality Strategy, Quality Planning, standardization, targets, driving concepts for digitalization of quality processes as well as coordination and monitoring of all relevant quality topics in a Plant and warehouse environment.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other technical discipline required.
2. 5+ years of professional experience in quality management and/or manufacturing required.
3. Experience in Quality tools such as 8D’s, Six Sigma, Design and Process FMEA, APQP, System, Quality Management Systems and Process and Product Audits + ISO 9001 requirements, amongst others.
4. Experience in Metrology and Calibration would be a plus.
5. Strong and demonstrated analytical skills, KPI driven, as well as Industry 4.0 / Quality 4.0 enthusiastic.
6. Demonstrated experience and skills in Problem Solving activities by using standard Problem-Solving Methods.
7. Strong results orientation and strong cross functional team spirit.
8. Personality and Working Practice: strong communication and interpersonal skills, assertive, team-oriented, structured, analytical skills, consequent and strategic Q-mindset.
9. Responsible, accountable, and independent self-starter who is customer and relationship focused, yet analytical and persuasive.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
