Manage Mortgage Backed Security Documents from receipt to placement of them in the vault
Receive original and non-original documents from multiple sources including shipment, fax, and computer
Review 20+ data points for accuracy (loan amount, borrow information, lender information, assigned to, loan tenure, etc)
Site exceptions and handle deficiencies
Interact with the Relationship Manager to provide details of exceptions and what is needed
Manage trailing documents
Utilize your keen eye for detail to perform quality assurance
Organize and file the documents and file for proper storage in the vault
