This position runs on a Pitman Schedule:Shift: 12-hour rotating night shiftWeek 1: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, FridayWeek 2: Saturday, Tuesday, WednesdayHours: 6:00pm - 6:00am This shift includes a $3/hr shift differential. Perks of the Pitman Schedule:Ample Time Off: Employees work approximately 14-15 days/month, providing significant time for rest and recovery.Improved Work-Life Balance: Employees get 3 consecutive days off every other weekend.Extended Vacation Potential: By using only 2 vacation days on a 2-day work week, employees can secure a 7-day break.Built-in OT: 8 hours of OT built into the schedule every other week.Predictable Schedule: As a fixed, repeating 2-week cycle, this schedule is highly predictable and makes it easier for employees to plan their personal lives.Candidates with direct experience will be eligible for a higher pay rate.Requirements:The position is responsible to set up, adjust, operate, and maintain a number of press equipmentPerform all make-ready tasks associated with the Flexographic press operated such as mounting plates or installing print cylinders, examine plates/cylinders for imperfections and checks for correct positioning of images, prepping web paths, adjusting tension and register etc.Make necessary color correction and anilox adjustment and/or press adjustments prior to production run to meet and maintain the quality specifications of the workClean, lubricate, and maintain the press, making minor repairs and replacing worn or broken parts as requiredPerforms periodic maintenance recommended by the manufacturer
