The Training Specialist is tasked with managing, developing, coordinating, and conducting training for Manufacturing Operations staff across all shifts.

This role involves managing the training programs for production and warehousing personnel, ensuring compliance with training requirements, supporting the onboarding of new employees, and delivering essential training in a GMP production environment.

The Training Specialist will also be responsible for the development and implementation of new training programs to meet Regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in a GMP operation.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, this role integrates best practices into training programs within a regulated environment.

Qualifications:

4-5 Years experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment, preferably in an FDA regulated industry.

2+ Years experience in a Training role or Training Management role.

Bachelor’s degree in science or related field, required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in using MS Office Applications
