Job Summary:

Production workers to safely perform a wide range of tasks supporting the manufacturing areas of the paper mill in St. Paul.

Responsibilities:

Successful candidates will be exposed to a wide variety of jobs in a large industrial worksite. Department duties (depending on position) may include operating production equipment, set-up and operation of reels, finished roll hauling using powered industrial vehicles, loading trailers or railroad cars, banding rolls, utilization of computer production tracking system, operating a front-end loader, maintaining department cleanliness, and maintaining equipment in safe working condition. Will be trained as a relief on other jobs in department. Other responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math, reading, writing and computer skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have mechanical aptitude, a desire to learn manufacturing processes, and a desire to advance.

Possess a strong sense of teamwork and caring for the safety of yourself and others.

Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.

Must be available to work day, afternoon, and night shifts on a rotating basis.

Starting wage $23.30 per hour with progressive opportunities for advancement as well as an excellent benefits package, overtime, shift-differential pay, and numerous development opportunities.
