Genesis10 is seeking Project Managers with Human Resource project experience for a 6 month contract to hire position with our client in Minnetonka, MN. Able to work 100% remote.

Must show proof of Covid 19 vaccination for this client to start

Summary:
  • Positions in this family are involved in the areas of staffing and recruiting, compensation, benefits, EEO, affirmative action,
  • employee relations, organizational design and development, etc.
  • Positions in this function develop and implement technical and functional solutions through research and analysis of data, business
  • processes and HR systems capabilities. Translate business needs into functional requirements and ensure technical designs reflect
  • functional requirements. Possess technical knowledge of Human Capital systems, configure systems, maintain set up tables, create
  • test scripts and lead testing efforts. Review software to determine feasibility in meeting business needs.

Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must have previous project management experience (creating/managing project plan, deliverables and all project management responsibilities)
  • Excellent communication skills verbal, written
  • MS Office Tools experience Project, PowerPoint, Excel, etc

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous Cloud experience
  • Human Resources Project Management background
  • Familiar with Human Resources business processes / terminology
  • PMP Certified
