• One (1) engagement in a Project Manager role working on the transition of legacy technology and data to the Salesforce Cloud platform

• Demonstrable knowledge of the child care industry
• Demonstrable knowledge of public services and supports for the child care industry, including child care licensing
• Demonstrable skills on how to support the integration of business and technical needs of the Child Care Services Division and the Office of Inspector General for each project
• Demonstrable knowledge of legislative process
• Demonstrable knowledge of state procurement requirements
• Demonstrable knowledge of Salesforce.

• Proven delivery managing increasingly complex projects
• Experience working in a government setting
• Ability to direct & manage program/project development from beginning to end
• Ability to define program/project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders

• Ability to identify and manage program/project dependencies and critical path
• Ability to establish program/project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and tracking such milestones and deliverables
