Property management Assistant

Real estate agent with Keller Williams and investor looking for help in managing single family rental portfolio. Responsibilities include assist in showing the property to prospective tenants, communicating with the tenants on rental application, repairs, coordinating maintenance etc.

Hours are flexible, initially looking for 5-10hours/week
