Job Title: QC Lab Technician - NightsJob DescriptionAs a QC Lab Technician working nights, you will play a critical role in ensuring food safety and product quality through comprehensive microbiological and analytical testing. You will split your time equally between quality control and laboratory functions, and quality assurance and production support functions. Your key responsibilities include performing microbiological analysis of products, water, and environment, collecting accurate samples for product testing, conducting various analytical tests on energy drinks and other products, and ensuring the accuracy and calibration of all measuring devices. Additionally, you will support production by reviewing batching sheets, ingredient labels, and regulatory documents, communicating with batching, production, and sanitation teams, and performing QA line checks every four hours.Hard Skills

The position requires working from 5:45 PM to 6:00 AM on a rotating schedule (typically 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3-day rotating weekends).
