Quality Assurance Specialist

One of our healthcare clients is actively recruiting for fully remote Quality Assurance Specialists! FULLY REMOTEStart Date: May 6thJob Description

Review and quality test all healthcare benefits for the client

Work within multiple systems to make sure the plan is built out correctly and to the specs of the client

Identify missing information and relay that information back to the team

Expected to work on 25 plans a week

Communicate internally back and forth with healthcare reps

Additional Skills & QualificationsTwo or Four year degree requiredPreference given to Math, Biology, business, healthcare admin, or History degrees.1 year of Excel experience (No V lookups or Pivot Tables)Preferred experience:3+ years of health care insurance experience.Work EnvironmentThis is a fully work from home position. Must have quiet workspace or home office.The client will ship all equipment to this person. Laptop, dual monitor, headset, mouse, keyboard.Training8AM to 4:30PM CST for training. Roughly 2 weeks and 2 days of formal classroom style training. They will then for 2 to 3 weeks be in a practice inbox working through the plans until going live in production.HoursMust be comfortable with 40 hour work week and then mandatory OT during peak season.Peak season:November 16th & 17thDecember 7th & 8thDecember 14th & 15thDecember 28th & 29thMust work 8 hours within those 2 days. You can work a full 8 hours one day and be done or 3 and 5 or 4 and 4. Whatever works for you to get it in during that time.About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
