Quality Engineer

Job Title: Lead Quality EngineerJob DescriptionSeeking a lead quality engineer to oversee daily quality systems and management of the Quality Management System (QMS) for a Class II medical device at a medical device company located in the Twin Cities. This role involves leading a small team, reporting directly to the Director of Quality, and working closely with manufacturing and support teams. Responsibilities include managing CAPA's, change reports, continuous improvements, test method validations for on-market products, improving safety, quality cycle, leading time to lead waste reduction, leading implementations, and ensuring the effectiveness of continuous improvement systems.Hard Skills
