Description:Assist with first time builds – majority of the day
Once product is produce, utilize measure equipment (calipers, FARO Arm, pressure gauge) to verify the build meets customer specifications
Document that measurements align- mostly pen to paper documentation
Inspecting all custom pieces before they go out
Visual inspection – the final products are not painted – so much of the end inspection is cosmetic
Fill out check sheets to document inspection process
Assist with quality improvement plans

Experience with sheet metal (production or quality)
Able to train on 2nd shift
