Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Rebate Specialist for an opportunity with a client located in Minneapolis, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collects, compiles, and analyzes, and calculates data to ensure accurate, timely calculation and payment of rebates in accordance with signed contracts. Uses Model N, SAP, and related systems to manage and process rebates
  • Identifies and resolves discrepancies by interacting with Boston Scientific sales representatives, pricing and contracting staff, and sales operations staff
  • Maintains rebate reports on rebate payments, trends, and other performance and operational criteria
  • Evaluates data to create monthly and ad hoc reports for internal BSC stakeholders
  • Compiles and analyzes data for sales teams to support the large customer contracts and related rebate payments
  • Will interact with director of national accounts and pricing managers to clarify specifications and resolve questions in administration of large customer contracts and rebates
  • Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in the areas of accounting, finance, sales support/operations and/or contract administration or related analytical role
  • Candidate should be highly motivated with strong technical and analytical competencies
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs. Strong Excel spreadsheet capabilities
  • Candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work in a team environment and independently
