Description We are in search of a proficient Recruiter to be an integral part of our team in Crystal, Minnesota. This role is an excellent opportunity to delve into the healthcare industry, as it involves supporting the HR TA Specialist and the COO in managing a heavy workload. The position will require meticulous attention to detail, excellent multitasking skills, and the ability to effectively utilize various systems like Careerbuilder and Applicant Track System. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Efficiently review applicant profiles on the Indeed Portal and resumes to determine if they meet the job requirements Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate suitability Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist through various tasks including but not limited to phone interviews Manage the full cycle of recruitment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations Source potential candidates for Medical Assistant positions, enhancing the pool of quality applicants Utilize skills in Cold Calling and Background Checks to ensure the recruitment of competent personnel Handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills Utilize the Applicant Track System for efficient management of candidate information and recruitment processes Work closely with the HR TA Specialist and COO in managing the recruitment for positions such as Clinics Operations Managers, and Medical Assistants Assist in maintaining accurate customer credit records and processing customer credit applications. Requirements Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a recruiting role Demonstrable proficiency in using Careerbuilder for sourcing candidates Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems for managing recruitment processes Ability to conduct comprehensive background checks in compliance with legal and company standards Skilled in cold calling for sourcing passive candidates and pitching job opportunities Proficiency in full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with candidates and hiring managers Knowledge of current recruitment practices and industry trends Ability to work independently and make critical decisions Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
