Description We are working with a client who is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join their team located in the north metro. In this role, you will be tasked with creating effective recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, overseeing the onboarding process, and managing recruitment data. This is a contract role with possibility for permanent employment opportunity and is primarily remote.Responsibilities: Execute innovative recruitment strategies aimed at attracting and retaining top talent Customize sourcing and recruitment efforts to correspond with the specific needs of diverse departments Conduct comprehensive interviews, evaluate candidate suitability, and provide hiring recommendations Facilitate sessions to review candidate progress and provide feedback Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization Collaborate with department leaders to understand staffing needs, required skills, and cultural fit for open positions Review and refine job descriptions in consultation with HR partners and department leaders, ensuring alignment with company values Assist with the evaluation and implementation of HRIS and ATS systems Collaborate with department leader to ensure a successful first-day experience for new hiresRequirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruiting role within the healthcare is preferred Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems to manage candidate pipelines Experience in sourcing strategies to locate and attract top-tier talent Strong collaboration skills to effectively work with hiring managers and HR team Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and concise correspondence with candidates and hiring teams Experience in written communication, particularly in crafting engaging job descriptions and follow-up emails Knowledge of UKG Pro software for efficient management of human resources and recruitment processes or technically savvy Experience in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the companyRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
