Details and Processes You May Observe/Have Exposure to: Partner closely with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements.Coordinate with the marketing manager to develop strategic, targeted campaigns to draw in passive candidates.Perform searches through social networks and portfolio sites to identify and interact with potential candidates.Seek out referrals from internal and external networks for hard to fill roles.Contact past applicants for new job opportunities.Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires.Measure and report on recruiting metrics such as source of hire and time-to-fillCommunicate updates to hiring managers, weekly, regarding their active positions.Create pipelines of passive candidates through different networking avenues and community outreach.Conduct qualification interviews to identify interest and qualifications of candidates, document accordingly and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.Partner with hiring managers, and marketing to implement new ideas and strategies based on current market trends.Promote our employer brand online and offline.Track candidate information in our ATS system (SmartRecruiters).Additional duties as assigned.
