Recycling & Waste Facility Team Members $20/hr

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Waste Facility Team Members. This role is hands-on and involves sorting and disposing of various types of waste and recyclable materials. You will play a key part in keeping the facility running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Sort and dispose of construction debris, furniture, cardboard, scrap metal, and electronics

Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area

Follow proper safety protocols and guidelines

Operate basic equipment and tools as needed (training provided)

Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily goals

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Punctual, dependable, and willing to work in outdoor conditions year-round

Prior experience in waste management or similar physical labor is a plus, but not required

Strong work ethic and attention to safety
