Facilitates and implements reimbursement strategies and programs to obtain coverage, coding, and payment from payers/ providers.

Assists with payer opportunities and issues to resolve/decrease barriers to entry for the company's products or therapies.

Works closely with Health Economics and Outcomes Research staff to communicate via appropriate media (social, presentation, internal) the economic impact of using therapies/ products on payers.

Assists with creating customer training and education programs, including sales and health care providers.

Handles the creation (design) and implementation of multiple forms of internal and external communication activities, programs, and content guided by the Medtronic Brand and overall business strategy.

Interacts and works closely with other departments, such as, but not limited to, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, Clinical, and Compliance, to ensure adequate support and collaboration for reimbursement content.

Ensures customer requirements are implemented while maintaining compliance with applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

Provides administrative support to the prior authorization team, such as data research, analytical reporting, and overflow support for authorizations.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum of 2 years of reimbursement experience.

Nice to Have

Experience in analytical systems like Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake on SQL, data fluency, and SalesForce.

Adobe creative apps such as InDesign and Acrobat.

MS apps like PowerPoint, Excel, Forms, Teams, and OneDrive.
