Job Description

Key Responsibilities Partner with project managers and stakeholders to understand CMS migration authoring needs and requirements. Develop a comprehensive authoring strategy, including timelines, milestones, and resource needs. Assist with audits of current CMS platform to identify potential issues, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Plan and execute on migration authoring needs, page re-authoring, image optimization, implementation of SEO and accessibility best practices, metadata inclusion, asset clean-up. Provide training and support to BU and regional digital producers to drive execution of authoring needs. Document authoring steps, processes, and workflows as required. Conduct testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve any technical issues, bugs, or authoring issues. Provide frequent and clear communication of authoring workstream status to ensure milestones are met and timelines are adhered to.Quality System RequirementsIn all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.Ideal candidate: Showcases a proven ability to execute on responsibilities with minimal direction. Has a proven record of excellence in executing multiple projects while collaborating effectively across teams. Is punctual, reliable, flexible, and excellent at balancing multiple detail-oriented projects. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.Required Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a field related to digital production, marketing communications, or web design with a minimum of 3+ years in a digital production role. Proficient in HTML, CSS, multimedia, SEO, SEM and other Internet technologies. Experience authoring with complex content management systems for building and maintaining websites. platform migration experience a plus Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Sketch. Excellent understanding of web design methods and best practices. Self-directed with excellent organizational skills. Results-orientated with a premium on accurate, timely execution and continuous improvement. Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
