Position Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day restaurant services functions, including market communications, inventory control, and promotional activities, while acting as a liaison between centralized customer service, purchasing, and automated restaurant ordering systems for Distribution Center operations

Develop and cascade customer communications, including newsletters, guidebooks, new processes, and contingency plans

Own credit and claims processes for the distribution center

Develop and maintain relationships with Owner/Operators, Restaurant Managers, Suppliers, and Field Office positions within the local market

Act as liaison between customer supply chain manager and distribution center

Ensure our internal stakeholders are aligned with customer communications and changes to processes and procedures are cascade appropriately

Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 plus years of specific experience and 3 plus years of management experience
