Return-to-Work Accommodations/ ADA Specialist (REMOTE)

Description TEMPORARY 6 MONTHS REMOTE We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Return to Work Accommodations Specialist to join our HR team temporarily. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating the smooth transition of employees returning from leave, ensuring compliance with applicable laws while providing thoughtful support during their reintegration into the workplace.

Accommodations for people coming back from leave

Pre-employment accommodations- rights for ADA/policies

Understands HR and the business

Relationship skills with the managers, HR and site safety

Workers compensation return to work matters

Return to work- reviewing forms- knowing when to ask questions

Able to see when their could be red flags

Case management- high volume- 100-125 cases managing, emails, phone calls

Requirements

5-7+ years of experience in Return-to-Work Accommodations

HR experience and highly collaborative skills
