Join our community to cultivate your curiosity, develop meaningful relationships and propel your career.Risk Management and Sourcing IT Internship:This position entails assisting in the execution of high-performance data centric solutions leveraging data management capabilities for the global Risk Management and Sourcing (RMS) teams. In this role, you will assist on data access pathways and techniques, data cleansing and manipulations and collaborating with other system and technology team members to bring together data from multiple sources to provide reports and tools that unlock insights for RMS formulation, risk management, competitive intelligence, and cost into pricing teams. Skills and experiences to be gained from this internship:

Data gathering, cleansing, tool and report development, distribution and problem solving.

Preparing dashboards and reports to meet the needs of teams.

Working in a virtual, global environment.

Your Work:

Collaborate with a variety of partners to define requirements and implement solutions for Global RMS teams.

Provide necessary technical support through all phases of solution life cycle.

Participate in recommending solutions or improvements to business processes using new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.

Gather, verify, and manipulate data for report and tool generation.

Perform data mining, queries, and audits of data from different data sources.

Manage access to reports and tools.

Handle basic issues and feedback from users, while escalating more complex issues to team members.

Other duties as assigned.

Internship details:

Internships are typically 12 weeks in duration.

Interns are paid hourly for time worked.

Interns are responsible for transportation to and from work.

Interns who demonstrate outstanding performance and a curiosity to learn more may be offered an internship, co-op or full-time position to return the following year.

Required Qualifications:

Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a major OR minor in Information Systems/Business Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technology field

Graduating with a degree between December 2024 and Summer 2025

Able to complete a 12-week internship in the summer (May/June - August 2024)

Experience with database and data manipulation tools

Knowledge in reporting, analytics, or performance measurement fields

Proven ability to work optimally with individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures

Must possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work with limited guidance

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working big data platform and building solutions

Experience with cloud platforms and reporting tools

Data manipulation and analysis experience using spreadsheets, databases and data manipulation tools

Experience pulling information from various systems and databases
