All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.Shift Differential Available on Evenings and NightsWe are looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beatiful and active Assisted Living in Deephaven, MN.Nursing schedule includes;
48 hours per two weeks, part-time schedule
Day shifts
One weekend per month

Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual care plans
Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
Provides data relevant to the development of the resident care
RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify care plans as needed
Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
Qualifications
One to three years previous related experience preferred but not required
Associates Degree
Current MN RN licensure
AHA BLS or Red Cross CPR for Healthcare Providers or Professional Rescuers
