Salad Bar Worker/Server - High School

JSND Job Order #899254;Breckenridge Public School is seeking a Salad Bar Worker/Server for a part-time position at the high school.Title: Salad Bar Worker/Server

Position

Under the general direction of the Head Cook, assist in the preparation of lunch. Work hours are 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM ( 4.0 hours per day, following school year).Essential Functions:

Prepare daily salad bar and condiment items

Document records

Sanitize cafeteria tables

Assist with lunch preparation

Wash dishes

Serving lunch

Additional Duties

Performs other related tasks as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience with quantity food cooking preferred

Abilityto lift up to 40 pounds

Computer skills helpful when cross training for other shifts

Must have a good attitude and enjoy working with kids and students

Willingnessto learn and comprehend information from procedures manuals and other materials

Capability to maintain composure and perform responsibilities under pressure and in cases of accidents or other emergencies

Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others contacted in the course of work

Qualifications Profile:

Certifications:

Safe Serve Certificate preferred, with option to obtain

Education:

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Compensation:

Per the MSEA master agreement, B21 salary schedule,$16.50-18.00 per hour depending on experience. Addittional pay if candidate has a Safe Serve Certificate. The agreement is located on the district website under Employment Opportunities > Master Agreements.
