The Customer Experience team at Marvin is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to help take the Salesforce Platform to the next level. We are looking for someone with the ambition, technical experience and skillset to help us simplify and accelerate development via Salesforce development and DevOps best practices. This role is part of a collaborative team that is responsible for Sales, Service and Marketing enablement via Salesforce. Overview:- Develop Apex classes and triggers, complex flows, and lighting web components to extend Salesforce to support business requirements
- Develop custom User Interfaces, including lighting web components, visual force pages/lighting pages and Aurea Components.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce team to validate business requirements and any technical considerations, including security, scalability, and limits.
- Implement Salesforce development press practices, maintain appropriate documentation, and manage test classes for all custom development.
- Assess and recommend new tools or Salesforce capabilities as needed to maximize Marvin's investment in the platform.
- Improve, implement, and manage Salesforce develop OPS and release cycles to safely implement, and deploy enhancements to applications and code.
- Maintain business application integrations with Salesforce such as DocuSign and Outlook.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the platform is run securely and meets Marvin Enterprise standards
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field
- Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing and Experience Cloud product knowledge and at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Experience with Javascript and Lightning Web Component development
- General web development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and other Salesforce team members
- Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle
- Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I
- Competency in other development languages (XML, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, C, SOAP-based web services
