We a re seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our Enterprise CRM, Personalization & Loyalty (MarTech) Team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and passion for establishing leading SaaS solutions to identify, implement, and advance data capture & management solutions across mobile and web. You'll work closely with Marketing and Digital Product teams and MarTech peers to understand business objectives and requirements to ensure rigorous, value-based metric capture across the technical ecosystem, focusing first on Salesforce, helping to power innovative experiences that meet consumer needs and deepen engagement and Loyalty to General Mills brands.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Lead technical implementation and design of Salesforce marketing solutions to support MarTech roadmap and cross-functional team objectives in service of consumer experiences.
  • Work with stakeholders and peers to identify and implement optimal cloud-based solutions to support Salesforce platform tools, including Salesforce CDP, Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, Ad Studio, and Experience Studio.
  • Define data connectors for data ingestion into Salesforce across the technical ecosystem, partnering with CRM, Services, and Cloud Analytics Data teams, as needed.
  • Define data validation, cleansing and deduplication rules and processes.
  • Maintain high quality solutions with unit and integration tests.
  • Assist in planning for new features in partnership with the Product Manager, Architect, Project Manager, and Data Engineers.
  • Recommend enhancements to data to support and optimize Salesforce solutions, collaborating with CRM, Data, and Measurement teams, as needed.
  • Enable Salesforce marketers, support teams, and operational teams by supporting team onboarding and training activities, working with MarTech peers, platform owners and partners.
  • Create and help maintain shared technical documentation.
  • Build integrations with external technology partners/vendors to deliver on experience objectives.
  • Stay up to date on cloud solutions and Salesforce product roadmap to inform the Enterprise CRM, Personalization & Loyalty and overall MarTech roadmap.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BA/BS Degree with 5+ years of technical or development experience
  • Experience with consuming and interacting with RESTful/SOAP web services
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and solutions, such as Google Cloud Platform
  • Database experience, including knowledge of SQL, and relational database concepts and models
  • Ability to read and author server-side SaaS code (server-side JavaScript, Apex, etc.)
  • Experience with dimensional modeling, ETL, and structured and unstructured data
  • Experience in Python or other programming language(s)
  • Adept at working with cross-functional teams (i.e., Brand, Marketing, Privacy, and Legal) and managing dependencies tied to technical product roadmaps
  • Experience working in a team using agile development methodologies
  • Self-starter with ability to clearly communicate and execute against strategic initiatives with minimal oversight
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related field
  • 7+ years of technical or development experience, preferably with 2+ years in marketing and consumer data solutions
  • Salesforce product knowledge and 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce CDP and Marketing Cloud, including Interaction Studio, a plus
  • Salesforce development certifications are a plus
